Spend a few quiet moments alone.

Take a stroll around the block.

Take a nap.

Sit in a porch swing with a book of poems.

Thank God for all His blessings.

Get together with a few good friends.

Have a cup of espresso or vanilla hazelnut coffee.

Drive the country backroads enjoying pastoral scenes.

Be early to sleep in the evening.

See a chick flick.
